I want to share with you the story of one of the most romantic moments in my life, a moment that happened on August 28, 2022, in Grindelwald. It's a day that will forever be etched in my memory, the day I decided to propose to a special person in my life.

It has been two years and two months since I met Nermina, the person who captured my heart and became the most important person in my life. Every moment with her was special, and the love I feel for her only grew with time.
On that day, I decided it was time to ask her the question that had been in my heart - 'Will you be my wife?' Although I had many ideas on how to do it, I ultimately found something that seemed perfect - a 'Candlelit dinner in the cable car' in Grindelwald.
Grindelwald is a dreamy place
Grindelwald is a dreamy place, surrounded by the stunning Swiss Alps and breathtaking views. Despite knowing that N. was afraid of heights, I wanted to show her that not even the fear of heights could stop the love I feel for her. I booked the dinner and prepared for that special moment. I kept the ring in my pocket and placed the marriage proposal message inside the flowers I bought from a florist.
I must admit I was nervous that day. I knew N. was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, but anxiety and excitement overcame me. When I picked her up at 6:30 PM, she had no idea what was happening. She noticed my nervousness, but I reassured her that everything was alright.
We arrived in Grindelwald around 7:45 PM; I checked if everything was ready, and the receptionist warmly welcomed us and asked us to wait while everything was prepared. Then, exactly at 8:00 PM, we entered the gondola. The food was delicious, but the most special moment came when we were at the top of the mountain, closer to the stars than ever before. That's when I knew it was time to ask the question that had been on my heart.
I asked her if she would become my wife, if she would become my star, my partner in everything that comes in the future. She was surprised, maybe even confused, as she didn't expect such a moment, but her answer was 'yes.' That moment, on August 28, 2022, became a day I will remember as one of the most beautiful in my life.
