Since Daria became part of our family, every new adventure has taken on a special meaning. Our princess, now with us, brings joy and makes every moment unforgettable. This was also the case when we decided to visit Mulhouse Zoo, one of the most famous zoos in the heart of Alsace.

Preparations and Departure for the Journey

Our journey began around 11 AM when we left our home. We drove for about an hour and a half to D.'s parents' house, where we stopped for coffee to refresh ourselves for the rest of the trip. The family joined us on the adventure – D.'s mother, sister, brother-in-law, and their little son. Of course, our little princess Daria, peacefully asleep, was unaware of the start of the trip, but we knew she was ready for a new adventure, dressed in her adorable tiger outfit, perfect for the zoo visit.

Arrival at Mulhouse Zoo and Exploration Plan

We arrived in Mulhouse around 3:45 PM, just in time to spend more than two hours exploring this magnificent zoo. Ticket prices were €17 for adults, while children under four had free entry – luckily, our little Daria fit into this category. At the entrance, we received a mini park map to help us navigate all the attractions. Our first stop was the lions, but unfortunately, we didn’t get to see them. However, this didn’t discourage us, as a whole world of animals awaited, from playful monkeys to majestic llamas.

The Awakening of Our Little Princess and Discovering the Animal World

Daria soon woke up from her peaceful nap, just in time to enjoy the sight of all these incredible animals with us. Although this day will likely only remain in our memories, thanks to this blog, she’ll one day be able to look back at where she went and what she did as a baby. The Mulhouse Zoo is truly vast, and they are soon planning to open an African section where visitors can see animals from Africa, adding to the zoo’s diversity.

End of the Walk and Journey Home

After more than two hours of a wonderful walk, accompanied by family and surrounded by these amazing animals, we headed home. Our little Daria soon drifted back into her baby dreams and peacefully slept the entire way home. She may not remember this day, but for us, as parents, it was another unforgettable moment we wanted to capture.

Shared Joy of Parenthood

In the end, as parents, we feel immense gratitude for being able to share these moments with our little girl and with you through this blog. Our family is growing, and with each new adventure, our hearts are filled with more love. We look forward to the next challenges and moments we’ll experience together. Until the next adventure, we send our love from the heart of our little family of three.

Family Values: Adventures and Memories

Parenthood teaches us how precious family and children are. Every moment spent with our children shapes their future and our memories. This blog is our way of recording these moments, preserving them for us and for our Daria, who will one day have the chance to relive all her first adventures through these stories.
