After a beautiful visit to Blagaj and the Tekija, we continued our journey towards the enchanting Kravice Waterfall. Unfortunately, we couldn't spend much time there because dusk was approaching. However, even though our stay was short, we were captivated by the beauty of this natural wonder.
Kravice Waterfall
Kravice Waterfall is a true treasure of Herzegovina. With its 25 meters in height and 120 meters in width, this waterfall takes your breath away. The water cascading down the rocks creates a white foamy spray, forming an image that is simply incredible.
In the summer, Kravice Waterfall becomes a favorite spot for refreshment and an escape from the heat. The surrounding area is a picnic paradise, and the lake below the waterfall provides a perfect place for swimming. Local restaurants offer delicious Herzegovinian cuisine, giving us the opportunity to try some of the best dishes of the region.
Beautiful natural environment
Although we didn't have enough time to explore all the charms of Kravice Waterfall, we promised ourselves that we would return, and next time, we'll come early in the morning to spend the whole day in this beautiful natural environment.
Indelible mark in our hearts
After a short stay at the waterfall, we set out on the road back to Sarajevo. Despite being tired from our journey, we felt happy and fulfilled because we had experienced so much beauty and discovered new places in our stunning Bosnia and Herzegovina. This adventure will leave an indelible mark in our hearts, and we can't wait for the next opportunity to explore these wonderful regions.
